Requirements for renting with Trustride Car Rental
The requirements we request to rent any of our vehicles are mandatory, and if you do not meet them, we will not be able to provide you with the service. These requirements are as follows::
FOREIGNERS
- Passport, ID.
- Valid driver's license.
MEXICANS
- INE.
- Valid driver's license.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RENTAL IF THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION IS NOT PROVIDED.
Accepted payment methods
We accept various payment methods, which can be combined to cover the total amount. These methods are as follows:
- Cash.
- Bank Deposit.
- Electronic Transfer.
- Debit Card. (+5% commission).
- Credit Card. (+5% commission).
Reservations
When you make your reservation at our physical offices or through our various communication channels (website, social media, WhatsApp), rest assured that the amount shown on your reservation is the TOTAL TO PAY when you pick up the car, and there will be no hidden charges, taxes, or extra insurance.
Grace period
In case of any complications when returning the car due to time constraints, you will have a grace period of 10 minutes after your delivery time as stated in your contract, which will not generate any cost.
Deliveries and Returns at another branch
An extra charge will be applied to the rental service for delivery and/or return outside of Playa del Carmen. This charge will apply to all vehicles and will be 30 USD or the equivalent in local currency at the current exchange rate at Premium Rent a Car.
If any situation arises that is not covered in this document, it will be evaluated by management and a resolution will be provided as soon as possible.
